CONCLUSION : une bière sans trop de cap ..

Drinking blind from a 33 cl bottle. In the aroma citrus, hop, alcohol and grains. The unclear orange beer has a large white head. In the taste some bitter and some sweet. Medium carbonated.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 01/2017. light gusher. light yellow rather hazy color, rather big white head. smells of exotic fruits, mango, some belgian yeast, spices, strawberry like, passion fruit, also some lemon grass, yeasty, rather citric, nice but also a bit weird smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes belgian yeasty, spices, nice exotic fruits, mango, passion fruit, a bit peppery, herbal. finishes rather peppery and lightly bitter with notes of belgian yeast and exotic fruits. interesting beer, belgian yeast notes a bit too dominant, too spicy, maybe drank it also a bit too warm (on my balcony), overall nice beer though.

Swaroga (2224) - Warszawa, POLAND - JUL 16, 2016
33cl bottle. Cloudy yellow with huge head. The beer has intensive and fresh zest aroma. Also bread, sponge cake, soap, pepper, white grapes, green apple. Soft and creamy mouth feel. The beer is dry like hell but had juicy and satisfying malt background. Bitter/dry like lemon and grapefruit peel. Also some white grape seeds. Strong bitter finish. Aftertaste is long and zesty. Very refreshing but overwhelming.
