The craft pilsner is brewed using 100% Scottish barley classic lager yeast and water drawn from our own brewery well. A long, cool fermentation and extended maturation produce a classic continental style pilsner with a pleasant biscuity aroma and a fresh lightly malted flavour.

nephirem (540) - CROATIA - JUL 13, 2017
Bottle, 0.33l. Clear copper pour with minimal white head, creamy with good retention. Nose is malty, woody, slightly tart. Thin to medium body. Light texture, average carbonation. Interesting taste, starts of sweet, goes into slight tartness and finises mildly bitter. Aroma is malty. Caramel, sugar, herbs. Very nice wooden notes. A bit of fruitiness going on, slight cherry even. Peppery. Some acidity later on, drying mouthfeel. Mildly bitter finish. Overall, interesting brew. Well worth a try.

Golden with limited head. Grassy and floral aroma with notes of toast, biscuits and leaves. Very refreshing, crisp and clean flavour. Great craftmanship!

Tony_Grayne (381) - Minsk, BELARUS - JUN 14, 2017
330 ml bottle. Pours crystal clear golden colour brew. Thin unstable white head. Vanishes with no traces in a few seconds. Zero lacing. Aroma: apple peel, lemony, sweet grain, light malt, a hint of honey. Flavor is as it’s written on the bottle. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Light fruity, sweet grainy and a tiny hop bite on the back end. Light body. High carbonation. It seems to be very basic, but quite tasty. I would drink it during the whole evening.

Bottle, 330 ml, from Gem Shop, Zagreb. Pours clear golden with short lasting small white head. Malty, grainy, sweetish, some bread, bit unpleasant sweet aftertaste. Light bodied. Average carbonation. Not that different from average macro.

Bought as part of a winter sampler pack. Smells very faintly of a pils. Pours a medium gold colour with foamy head that disappears quickly with no lacing. Taste is a well balanced pils. The hops are not very noticeable, although there was a sweetness to it, Great carbonation with a mild sweet aftertaste. Overall I was very happy with this one. Not as strong as a pils should be, but not obnoxious like some can be. I would buy again. MB. The Beer "Bear"on.
