Rune (13373) - Tromsø, NORWAY - AUG 18, 2007
500ml bottle enjoyed with food at Pegasus in Copenhagen. Lasting beige foam leaving good lacing on the glass. Dark brown body. Roasted notes of malt in aroma. Dark malty taste supported by a touch of sweet caramel. Bitter finish. Standard british bitter. (03.08.2007).

fonefan (50701) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007
Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a small to average frothy fair lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruit, light hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2007
Nice head, dark brown color with a red hue. The aroma is malty and sweet, almost like a "hvidtøl". The flavour also is malty, sweet and the finish has a light bitterness. IMO this one lacks complexity - it’s too one-dimensional.

cgarvieuk (25728) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 8, 2007
bottle at home ... ruby brown ... light hop light malt nose ... very fruity ... very little malt ... quite soft and mellow ...

gnoff (10826) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 8, 2007
(Draught at Gaestgivaregaarden, Helsingør, Denmark) Clear brown color, thick creamy tan head. Fruity and wet pipe tobacco scent. Very fruity and sweet, also tobacco, taste. Smooth velvet like mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

RoyceH (1200) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - FEB 26, 2007
Bottle. Pours dark amber with an off-white bubbly head, fades quickly. Nose of hops, soap suds, some malt and some oakwood smoke. Flavour is slightly malty sweet, floral, then some hoppiness, touch of sour fruit and then some smoky peat. Sweetness continues in the mouth for a long time. Peat taste and smokiness lasts right through to the finish. Finish is slightly too hoppy, but good, little heavy for a bitter. Straightfoward.

faroeviking (11119) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - FEB 15, 2007
Bottle. Amber colour with a medium mostly diminishing head. Aroma roasted malts, bit smoky, sweet. Flavour of some smoke, good roasty maltiness and sweet caramel. Nice mild smokiness in this brew.

MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2007
Bottle, 4.2%. Weak malty aroma. Clear brown colour, stable light brown head. Slightly smoky flavour, otherwise a bit sweet. The sweetness is too sugary for my liking.

Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - FEB 2, 2007
Off white head and dark amber of color. An aroma with sweet malt and toffee. The flavor is sweet and malty, not much hops in it. A sweet bitter of my opinion.

pubbe (493) - Højbjerg, DENMARK - JAN 25, 2007
Bottle. Dark amber with decent off-white head. Aroma offers sweet malt, caramel and horseblanquet. Flavor primarily slightly sweet malt. Somewhat oily on the palate. Average finish. Well made bitter.
