Hansen (8615) - Assentoft, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2003
Well, this is a difficult beer to rate. It is definitely made partly of smoked malt. The smoked impression is in both aroma and flavor, together with a bit of sourness (acetic?). Red coloured, with fine head, that falls to quickly. Try it.

madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - FEB 14, 2003
Bottled ABV 4,2: Amber coloured. Medium lasting white head with a little brown glow. Not much going on in the nose. Maybe a little skunkiness, but on the other hand skunkiness isn't quite the right word. My girlfriend thinks it's a little smoked. Flavour is a little flat. A find vague notes of chocolate, mild roastyness and fruits. Not much "honey" for the palate. A lightbodied beer that won't harm anyone, and it won't thrill either.

Ungstrup (38423) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 23, 2002
An amber beer with great head. The aroma is very complex with hints of fruit, malt and banana. The flavor is fruity and prickling with spices. It's a great flavor yet a little special
