Too sweet for me for a stout. Put me off immediately with the sickly sugary after taste. Has a pleasant smokey, caramel toffee, chocolate/coffee aroma, however. No head to report in my glass anyway, with very little, and a quickly disappearing lacing. (had an APA in glass before pouring however). Again, too sweet. Shame. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgFr5Pgajk

Look; big mocca hue, black body, thick lacing. Aroma; roasted malts, grass, coffee, dusty cocoa. Taste; roasted malts, soft hops, coffee, black chocolate - leading to a lingering finish in mocca chocolate. Palate; nice. Overall; good malty moccaish stout. [50cl clear bottle, abv7%, BB.nrdbl.]
