Keg at Ma Camerons, Aberdeen. Pours clear brown with a paper-smooth, creamy head. Subtle, roasty cocoa in the aroma. Light sweet flavor, modest roast, tobacco, milk chocolate. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Sweet, lightly dry finish, some dark bread and mild cocoa. It’s an easy-drinking beer, just not much more than that.

Black in the glass witha medium size head. Aroma has a slight cocoa to it but not much else. The beer has an extremely smooth texture to it. The flavor has some coffee and a toastiness to it. Nothing overpowering and wish it had a stronger flavor to it.

On tap at Bad Apple in Chicago. It tastes strong but has a warm delicious malty and full bodied quality. I’d like to have this one again.

Stout piacevole cremosa e morbida. La pecca principale è forse la scarsa beva.

rollinsr (813) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - SEP 7, 2011
Draft with nitro tap. Creamy tan in color until it settles out into a nice black color with silky-smooth head and not really much aroma. Taste is fairly light with no overpowering flavors. There is a little chocolate malt with some nuttiness but it is mostly just nice and creamy like a milk stout. A nice smooth and creamy beer.

Dazz3 (1798) - Hallsberg, SWEDEN - MAY 25, 2011
Luktar väldigt lite, 10/10 i mörkhet. Lätt frisk och besk smak när den kommer in och blir lite rökig men väldigt lite smak. Lite besk/rökig eftersmak.

3.8
marcus (10575) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 4, 2011
On tap at The Kilt Pub, Sacramento. Pours black with a rich slow-pouring beige head and a treacle and cola aroma. There is a creamy nutty dark malt flavor with a slightly bitter finish.
