Clear dark amber, with a fluffy off-white head. Subtle malty aroma. Flavor is impressively smooth, roasted malts, maybe some molasses in there too. Well rounded out.

Pours a dark ruby/amber body topped with a generous off-white foamy head. Strong malty aroma with evident hints of caramel, toffee, and brown sugar. Rich malty/caramel taste with light hoppy and roasty/smokey notes. Finish leaves some warming effect. Very good fall beer!

Bottle. Dark ruby amber with an off white head. Nice looking beer. Aroma is malty thick and sweet with caramel. Taste is rich and malty with a decent amount of hops. Good stuff.

Dark reddish ale with a thin white head. Berry and funky aroma, almost cheesy, with very woody notes, sweet caramel taste and alcohol finish. Decently hopped. Thick and rich body.

Clear dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma of sweet brown sugar with a slight smokiness. Big sweet caramel flavour with some fruit and smoke in the middle, and a nice dry finish. Good stuff.

bottle. thick sugary caramel aroma. deep mahogany. flavour is heavy on the malt, oh so very sweet. a touch of smokiness towards the end. dry finish. one of the better beers in the LCBO fall release.
