Bottle from Bargain Booze as part of Belhaven box set, thanks to my step-dad. Pours clear dark amber with a thin tan head. Aromas of caramel, marzipan, dark sweet sherry. Taste is sweet, fruit cake, caramel, light spice. Rich but not cloying. Surprisingly good.

Nearly perfect! Pours a beautiful mahogany brown with an incredible white foam head. Smells of caramel, chocolate, nougat, cream, baking biscuits and smoke. Starts off with a sweet, chocolate, cream, caramel, taste. Next you get a hint of alcohol, smokiness, biscuits, bread. Finishes creamy, and sweet. Has a great mouthful. Just an incredible beer!

BrewWhatIWant (315) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 5, 2017
Pours ruby with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity and malty. Taste is quite sweet and just a little bitter to balance it. There are notes of caramel, apples, raisin, walnuts and a little spice. Light-medium bodied with moderate-high carbonation. It’s a rich full flavoured beer that is quite sweet but never cloying. Delicious and refreshing. I really enjoyed this.

From 0.33 l bottle, bought in Banja Luka, BiH. Pours amber red, with thin brownish head, good lacing. Well-carbonated. Aroma of smoked malt, coffee, toffee and a bit of nuts. Sweet, with a medium body.

artyom (1205) - Osijek, CROATIA - NOV 4, 2017
0.33l bottle. Deep ruby color with tanned head. Aroma is caramel, candy, toffees and dried fruits, mostly plums and raisins. Taste is medium to heavy sweet. Medium to full body, dry finish. Overall it's very good beer.

luttonm (6835) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 2, 2017
Bottle in Seattle. Thick cap on a dark, coppery brown heavy nose, deeply caramelized sugar and a hint of peaty smoke. Similar sip, with a sweet dark caramel around edges. Recalls a doppelbock, but with a warmer finish. Quite sweet, but not cloying. Nice.

jksipa (1022) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 28, 2017
Bottle from the LCBO. Clear dark copper with a small beige head that is gone almost immediately. Nose is caramel, rost nuts, dark fruit, hints of wood and some molasses. Medium- molasses sweetness with a light cherry tartness and some light minerals in the finish. Mouth is medium and slick with soft carbonation

mmmeinike (326) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2017
Clear chestnut colour with a beige head. Aroma is brown sugar, nutts, toffee and some notes of dried fruit. Taste is sweet with raisin and other dried fruits and with a nice alcohol finish.
