One the best beers I’ve hand in years, too bad we can’t get it in the States LyndaB (4) - Georgia, USA - JUL 7, 2005 does not count
I LOVED this beer! I want it here. I am a fan of Bass and Guiness and such and found myself choosing the Belikin Stout over Guiness when available. I don’t know how to describe it other than it is great! coldbrewky (1730) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - DEC 6, 2006
They left me unsupervised in the tap room at the brewery in ladyville for over an hour. Smooth and lofty, the added sugar is evident but at that point I realy began to care less. The wife did not scold me fopr being uproriously silly by 10:30 am. Go to Belize and drink as much as you can find. obisbeer (568) - Barcelona, SPAIN - NOV 21, 2004
Deep amber brown with off white head. Nose is light with cherry and molasses with some roasted notes. Rich flavor with a nice balance of sweet and sour. Great Beer! swwild (8) - Northfield, Minnesota, USA - MAR 9, 2008 does not count

Aroma: sweet malt, note of licorice. (reminds of certain german doppelbocks).
Taste: roasted malt, hints of coffee and licorice.
Surprisingly better than expected. Could use more hops and complexity, but it’s clean and pleasant, with no off-flavors.
caramel and coffee notes, floral hops but understated, earthy, raisin and licorice, faint smoke, reddish black color, clear when held to light, frothy head quickly dissipates, light sweetness, medium bitterness, full body and mouthfeel, creamy and sticky, soft carbonation, long finish. Very nice stout but not to style...more like a Uberporter, ya’ know what I mean? Too much to be a Porter and too light to be a stout. Probably because it’s so damn HOT in Belize. This is definitely the right beer for dark beer lovers at the equator! burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - DEC 25, 2012
12 ounce bottle poured in a plastic cup while waiting to get back on the tender for the cruise, poured a dark blackish color with aromas of roast, coffee, and booze. Flavors followed suit, I couldn’t savor it due to time, but a decent offering for the $2.50 price tag. 50belair (3643) - Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Several bottles consumed at Turtle Inn. Dark brown pour with an off white head. Sweet malty aromas. Medium colored roasted malts dominate the palate with muted chocolate and hints of expresso. Actually a very good and easy drinking stout for the Caribbean.... BeerBoxer (232) - Sacramento, USA - JAN 11, 2011
Bottle shared by bhensonb & Marcus. Beer has a musty sweet smell. Like an old town bakery! Taste of heavy molosses and a large number of spices.
