I do like Belgian style Witbier or Blanche, and this is a typical, good representative of its kind. Fresh, wheaty and with this lemon flavor. Good.

Cloudy, blond colored beer with a small white head, which disappears quickly. Low carbonation. Taste is malt, wheat, coriander, sweet, fruity, lemon.

Gangstergafje (1227) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - FEB 11, 2017
The looks of the beer are quite simple. The color of the beer is a rather pale yellowish. There is a slight haziness. On top of the beer a small layer of very rough foam is formed, with collapses quickly. Almost no foam is left after seconds. The smell of the beer is mild. It is nice though. It has some distinct witbier features. I smell some citrus aroma’s, zest. It has a bitterness to it, but also a sourness and a slight sweet touch. There is also a spicy aroma, probably coriander. I might smell a malty and a hoppy thing in there. The witbier features, coriander and zest, are good. the smell is nice, but it could have been a bit stronger. The taste of the beer is also simple. Some zest and coriander, malty touches and a hoppy twist. Not very special or strong, but also not bad. The palate is average. Medium body and carbonation and a long enough finish, containing some nice hops. Not a bad beer.

Aroma: bready, leather. Appearance: pale yellow, minimal unstable head. Taste: dry, light boby, acidic, quite acrid. Did not like it at all.

Mathead (11) - North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUL 12, 2016
This is a very nice, typical Blanche. Perfect summer beer with fresh taste of lime and coriander. Hazy colour, low carbonization and shy head. Very drinkable.

Belle couleur jaune pâle, mousse moyenne. Nez épicé, houblonné et citronné, fruité. Bouche à l’attaque ronde, fruitée, bel équilibre entre fraîcheur et amertume, finale équilibrée. De nouveau une belle blanche bien faite.

- Alcoholpercentage van 4,8% - Biertje gedronken destijds dat me niet kon bekoren - Kan me veel lekkerder biertjes voorstellen, maar kan met mijn smaakvoorstelling te maken hebben - Vandaar mijn lage beoordeling ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle.
Appearance: Hazy straw body with a creamy white head.
Aroma: Lemon lime Fruit Loops come to mind with a dash of sulfur and tartness.
Taste: Light lemon and lime Fruit Loops, mildly sweet. Light tartness on the finished with a touch of anise.
Palate: Creamy bodied, highly carbonated.
Overall: A great wit. Refreshing and balanced.

at beerweekend de lambiekstoempers 2014 . Pours unclear yellow , no head at all . Smell is buttery . Milk-funkyness yet no sourness or anything alike . Rotten meat . Taste is bitter , medicinal , some malts . Honey-ish sweetness underneath . Dry , sugary . watery aftertaste
