Borresteijn (6969) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 6, 2010
33cl Bottle bought at the brewery, thanks Harmen! Hazy yellow colour, disappearing white head. Aroma of wheat, coreander, lemon. Flavour is tart lemons, coreander, wheat, grain, sour lemon finish, seems a bit infected even. Light bodied. Refreshing, but wrong sourness imo.

(33cl bottle) Pours a hazy straw body with a medium white head. Aroma of perfume, almond butter, coriander, and toasted grain. Flavor of wheat, nuts, rice crisp, citrus, light coriander, and honey with a soft mouthfeel.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a hazy light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of wheat, lemons and oranges. It smells like what a Belgian White should smell like. The flavor is more of the same. I get some wheat, lemons and vanilla. I don’t get too much orange in the flavor and don’t get any coriander in the flavor or aroma. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

This beer pours a pies yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are lemon zest, Orange peel and yeast. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky and sweet. Cheers!

Bottle, bought @ EG.
Pours hazy yellow with a small, frothy, rather fizzy, white head. Mild aroma, some vanilla, coriander, sweet wheat. Quite pleasant even if it a bit sweet. High, prickly carbonation, fairly light and a tad watery palate. Flavour is nice, though, some clear lemon zest at first, then fine wheaty sweetness and some fine graininess and coriander. Fair citric and light dry finish. Good, shame about the palate.

DruncanVeasey (8225) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2010
Bottle. Pale and unhazy until you chuck the bits in, under a tight snowy head. Aroma of lemon barley, rind, jelly, dusty spice. Mouth lemon meringue and zest, Robinson’s (barley squash), pepper. Not too perfumey, just a dip of biscuit. Rounded, tasty witbier. I like this brewery.

KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - DEC 27, 2009
Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and coriander notes. Sweet flavour with orange peel, wheat, yeast and coriander. Finished somewhat dry.

JoeinDahlem (1503) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 30, 2009
Sampled at the brewery. Very pale, hazy yellow with tight white head. Faintly sourish, lemony nose. Tastes lightly nutty, lemony, and slightly tart. Light bitterness. Very refreshing, quaffable, ought to be served on draft by the pint or half-liter. Spicing not obvious. Yeast is doing the talking. Solid white ale, refreshing and no bullshit.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 23, 2009
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen/MiP/yespr. Clear pale golden with a white head. Perfumy coriander nose. Thin and watery, soapy coriander notes. Dry finish. 200309
