Bottle (courtesy of Bierkrug). Lemon peel, orange. coriander, and light malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet lemon/orange, coriander, and wheat malt flavor. Very nice body. An excellent witbier.

(33cl bottle best by 3-8-18 thanks to bu11zeye) Wow, 8 year expiration on a witbier? Ambitious! clearish yellow pour with white ring and slight film of bubbles. Nose of mink and rosemary, sage, florals and herbal. Taste of seltzer water, light spices, rosemary, Belgian yeast. Watery body and light duration of flavor.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate very fruity malty – wheaty aroma, citrus and some coriander. Body is light to moderate, malty – wheaty flavor, lightly sweetish and very fruity with light citrus and coriander. Finish is short to average, malty – wheaty, dryish and light notes of banana. Nice and refreshing, lightly spiced dryish 4,8% wit.

33cl Bottle bought at the brewery, thanks Harmen! Hazy yellow colour, disappearing white head. Aroma of wheat, coreander, lemon. Flavour is tart lemons, coreander, wheat, grain, sour lemon finish, seems a bit infected even. Light bodied. Refreshing, but wrong sourness imo.

bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 27, 2010
(33cl bottle) Pours a hazy straw body with a medium white head. Aroma of perfume, almond butter, coriander, and toasted grain. Flavor of wheat, nuts, rice crisp, citrus, light coriander, and honey with a soft mouthfeel.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a hazy light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of wheat, lemons and oranges. It smells like what a Belgian White should smell like. The flavor is more of the same. I get some wheat, lemons and vanilla. I don’t get too much orange in the flavor and don’t get any coriander in the flavor or aroma. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

This beer pours a pies yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are lemon zest, Orange peel and yeast. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky and sweet. Cheers!

Bottle, bought @ EG.
Pours hazy yellow with a small, frothy, rather fizzy, white head. Mild aroma, some vanilla, coriander, sweet wheat. Quite pleasant even if it a bit sweet. High, prickly carbonation, fairly light and a tad watery palate. Flavour is nice, though, some clear lemon zest at first, then fine wheaty sweetness and some fine graininess and coriander. Fair citric and light dry finish. Good, shame about the palate.

DruncanVeasey (8283) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2010
Bottle. Pale and unhazy until you chuck the bits in, under a tight snowy head. Aroma of lemon barley, rind, jelly, dusty spice. Mouth lemon meringue and zest, Robinson’s (barley squash), pepper. Not too perfumey, just a dip of biscuit. Rounded, tasty witbier. I like this brewery.
