3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This sounds a lot like the beer I’m drinking, now called Bellevue Winter Ale--west coast double red ale. Maybe my differences in perception from 1st review are just that, but maybe the recipe was tweaked a little. Resin, caramel, fresh plum. Busy off-white head on slightly hazy dark amber. I taste lemon, cherry, alcohol, woodsmoke. Tingles the mouth, while light on the palate. Tangy finish. Nothing wrong with but not quite to my taste.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear dark amber color with ivory head. Nice floral, tea leaf, pine, spicy hop aromas. Medium body. Hoppy floral, tropical fruit, spicy hoppy flavors with a solid toasted caramel base brew__good hoppy red ale.
