COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Bells Amber Ale isnít bad but doesnít live up to the line. Translucent amber pour with weak head. Light if any aroma. Taste is a straight up amber ale -- no real fruit flavors detected. Amber Ale mixes well with food or is a good drink on a hot day, but nothing special.

Bottle. A- Caramel, bread dough, sweet malts, subtle grains. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Caramel, biscuits, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish.a O- Had a nice touch of bitterness that gave it a little distinction from most boring ambers. While I wouldnít say I love this beer I thought it was well done.

12 oz bottle with dinner. Enjoying how easy it is to get Bells around here. Itís an afterthought, but back home it would be welcomed nicely. Much more artistic bottle than the site provides. Clear copper pour with a patchy head. Big time bready malts, and a refreshing finish. Well made amber for sure. I think Iíll have another.

Bottle. Pours copper with a sticky white head. Aromas of sweet malt and earthy hops. Flavors are toasty malt, earthy hops, bitter citrus and slight herbal tones. Clean mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Decent.

So nice to have you in Nebraska, Bellís. Wonít you settle in for a while? Amber pours, uh, amber with an off-white head. It smells like caramel, forest hops, and citrus. It all carries through into the flavor with some added notes of berry and toasty biscuit malt. Medium-bodied, crisp, and slightly creamy. This is a time-honored Amber and itís for good reason.

Bellís Amber Ale has a thick, off-white head, an amber appearance, lots of bigger and tinier tan yeast chunks, throughout,, and minimal lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet, honey-topped, brown bread and a touch of lemon. Taste is of those elements, with some background stone fruit skin and relatively low bitterness. Mouthfeel is high medium (almost heavy) and fluffy, and Bellís Amber Ale finishes in the dry realm. RJT
