Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish dark golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish malty aroma, hints of caramel, peanut, fruity overtones, hints of red berries. Taste is moderately sweet malty, fruity, bitter hoppy counterweight, hints of caramel and red berries; lasting bitter finish.

Pours a hazy medium amber with a thin white ring. Light carbonation and some lacing. Aroma of bready grains and light malts. Light to medium body. Taste is malt based with a lightly bitter hop bite. Fairly smooth finish and a lingering aftertaste. Fairly enjoyable but not great.

Pours a reddish color with a great thick white head. Aroma is malt, hops, bread, dried fruit (mild), and caramel. Taste is bitter hops with a medium malt body with no fruitiness and very dry in a great way. Great amber, one of the few of the style that isn’t overly sweet.

An amber that pops w/ flavor! Pours copper w/ a white head & spotty lacing. The aroma has lovely caramel & malt notes & they carry through in the flavor. It finishes w/ just a tad bit of bitterness to add to the complexity. This is one good amber!

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2016 It’s gotta a fair bit of pale malt to the flavor. There is a nice balance between the hops and the malts. Overall this beer has some sweetness and is a very drinkable beer.
