3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Thanks pailhead. Pours a cloudy....amber with some orangish hints in it. Cloudy with a small white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is of very bready malts. Grainy and doughy and slightly sweet and yeasty. No hops in the nose. Flavor was sweet upfront of caramel and cereal grains, definitely a malt monster with a bit of malty nuttiness. Slight hop bitterness and earthy hops, possibly UK hops with maybe a tinge of grapefruit. Ester profile is moderate but gives just enough fruity balance. Finishes moderate dry. Body was quite full, especially for an amber; goes down smooth and easily with adequate carbonation. Great session beer. Solid but not ’blow-you-out-of-the-water’ like some other Bell’s.
It pours amber with a white head. Head retention is moderately low. It has aromas of malty sweetness with caramel. It also has a bread crust quality to it. There is light apple in the background. The flavors are sweet with bread crusts and caramel. There is also some light apple and light herbal. It has a moderate body and light bitterness. Overall, this is very easy drinking and a balance towards the malts. jtj3 (1) - - JAN 14, 2018 does not count
Don’t buy this again. It really really really really really sucks. Really. Totally.

Good, solid beer. Kind of cloudy and the bubbles are slow to rise. Nice mild amber Subliminal64 (248) - London, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 18, 2017
Where Purchased: 347ml bottle from Meijer in Michigan
Consumed: from a pilsner glass
Aroma: Smells sweet. malty and slightly hoppy. All faint smells.
Appearance : unfiltered medium gold with a tinge of red with decent head that disappears quick. Not much for lacing.
Taste: a little bitter for an amber, but everythign is in balance.
Palate : light to medium body. Slight bitter sweet aftertaste. Good carbonation.
Overall: Another great brew from this brewery. I was glad to try and would buy again. MB. The Beer "Bear"on.

Aroma and taste is a blend of malt and bitter hops. Overall nicely balanced but prefer more malt in this style. higgsbison (275) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 21, 2017
A decent amber ale.
Sorry, I had to upload these old ratings. They were for me, not for uploading. And also I need 75 characters, hence this sentence.
