Sample at Bell’s on 1/28/16. Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet apple, slight tartness, juicy. Apple flavor, very dry and tart.

The taste is great, very apply. But it’s dry and hits the mouth wrong. I probably wouldn’t get this again.

It’s okay. Very dry and tart. Not what I look for in a cider where I want it to be refreshing.

Draft. Poured hazy light amber color with a small white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate aroma of green apple. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium tart apple flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

Draft pour at the source. Pours a somewhat hazed yellow with a fizzy white head of foam that fizzles out quickly. The aroma has soft Apple notes with mild acidity. Some tartness in the taste, but mostly sweet. Higher carbonation.

On tap at Eccentric. Pour is a dingy straw with a thin head and aromas of apple and white grapes. Flavor is more of the same. Fairly sweet and pretty good for a style I normally don’t care for.

b3shine (9072) - Indiana, USA - NOV 28, 2014
Draft to taster at Eccentric Cafe. Looks solid; a hazy lighter gold with white lacing that dissipates steadily and entirely. Smells mildly tart and appley. Tastes like it smells with a very tart mouthfeel that is on the dryer side. Not bad.

koleminer20 (3840) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JAN 19, 2014
On tap at the Eccentric Café. The pour is a nice clear straw colored pour with no head to be found. The aroma is a little hoppy, but mostly an apple cider. This is pretty good. The sweetness throughout the taste finishes with a little dryness on the back end, and it’s just solid. The 7.3% ABV is well hidden.
