The Kalamazoo IPA pours a subset orange with a thick ivory head that lasts a good while and leaves thick rings of lacing. The aroma is citrus, grapefruit and orange. The flavor is citrus all the way. Overall this is a nice IPA

Sampled from the tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice citrus note with a touch of peach and a light grain backbone. Flavor combines bitter citrus, grass and peach well with a light grain backbone. Damico (3150) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 3, 2015
Pours somewhat clear amber with a beige ring head. Aroma is pleasant citrus hops lightly sweetened. Flavor brings dry orange hops yet linger and are simple but delicious. coyotehunter (698) - , Michigan, USA - JAN 30, 2009
On tap 1/29/09 at the Eccentric cafe...From the tap board"An Experimental IPA" Pours a copper brown with a good lacing head. Very piney/citrusy aroma, taste is about the same with some woody earthy notes as well. Tastes much like a toned down Two Hearted. Very Enjoyable with a tart, slightly bitter, crisp finish. esjaygee (3906) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 19, 2009
On tap at Eccentric Café. Amber with a thin white slowly fading head. Aroma of pine, citrus and sweet malts. Taste of twigs and pine balanced out by sweet malt. Mildly sticky with a mild bitter finish that lingers on for a bit.
