Draft at Spacebar. Poured a glolden yellow-orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light grain, some mild herbal notes. Tinge of tartness on the nose. Flavor was pleasant tartness. Light grain notes. Really no rye character though. Good.

From tap. Pours golden orange with a foamy white head. Citrus, tropical fruit, grass, lightly funky nose. Fresh zesty flavors adding sourness at the end. Medium finish.

Pint on tap. Brownish amber color and mostly clear with a ring of cream. Aroma is tart berries, caramel and maybe some rye if I try real hard. Flavor is the same with a hint of funk. Near-medium bodied with a smooth medium carbonation and a medium sour. A little disappointed that I didn’t get more rye, but tasty nonetheless.

On tap at Merchants of Beer. Cloudy orange, not much foam. Smells citrusy, with a hint of brett. Taste is more brett forward, with some lightly tart citrus notes. The brett really pops as it warms. Dry finish. I liked it.

Keg @ Malt House. Hazy light red with a small head. Spicy rye, caramel and marzipan with some Brett accents - dry wood, pollen, meringue. Drinks very much like a sour red / brown. Some sour cream, chewy malt. Pennies and dry erase marker. This sounds terrible, but it actually sort of works.

SG111 (1927) - New York, USA - APR 30, 2017
Tap at Clubhouse BFD. Pours slightlu opaque yellow, white head. Aroma is tart Brett, some red wine notes, white grape must, not much rye, but good. Flavor is really tart, slightly astringent, some red wine notes, Bretty. Nice. A little bitter, but good.

Tap at Mellow. Pours a deep gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Tart cherry and grain on the nose with a bit of vinegar. The brett comes through nicely. Light tartness with cherry, wood and pepper. Lingering tart cherry. Oud-bruin-like to me and in a good way.

Draft at Eccentric Cafe. Really subtle flavors--pear, lemon, tartness. Rye may be there but my palate missed it.

On Draught
Pours a hazy golden with a small but well retained head & some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is lemon zest & apricot with some great clean laundry aroma and a bit of wet limestone.

The flavor is a bit metallic but then it’s also tart & fruity. Plenty of apricot & some yeastiness. Plenty dry, lightly sour & mildly bitter. This is pretty tasty really.

Hazy redish amber color. Fruity aroma. Taste is lightly sour fruit. Pretty plain, all things considered.
