on tap at bells. slight fruity floral aroma. 1 finger head with some lacing. some grapefruit in initial taste with a sweetness to it. small bitter at the end. was a nice warm up for hop slam. not great but enjoyable. MrBunn (2867) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Bomber. Body is a coppery amber and supports a medium-sized fluffy white head. Aromas are of pineapple, orange, papaya and a little caramel. Flavor is an odd and swirling mix of many elements and each sip seems to have a different highlight from the one before it. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit, but sometimes it is more resiny... doughy malt but it has a bit of cream to it every now and again... effervescent mouthfeel and a nice bitter resin finish. Interesting. fattybladdy (830) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - DEC 27, 2013
Deuce from the general store, awesome label. Robust amber pour with a thick sudsy head. Aroma is lightly floral, herbal. Taste is pretty similar, a bit grassy and some citrus, nicely balanced. jdb288 (584) - Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA - DEC 26, 2013
Draft at Bells. Pours clear gold with minimal head. Aroma is lemon, grapefruit, orange, pine. Taste is aggresively grapefruit tinged with some pine/tart hop flavor. If you like grapefruit, this is your beer. A bit lighter than expected but not bad. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - DEC 13, 2013
On tap: The aroma consists of light-moderate grapefruit, citrus, and light grass. It’s a transparent amber with a one finger white head that fades to a thin film and leaves some thin webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus and a touch of tropical fruits. The finish has moderate grapefruit with a touch of grass. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Pretty nice IPA here with alot of hop and citrus flavors. Very drinkable. Glad I got to try it. Thanks Mike. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - NOV 14, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2013 Bottle: thanks, Mike! Deep amber body, mild clarity with a somewhat soapy, gray tinted head. Aroma is full of dripping wet hops, pungent oils, sweet grapefruits, mild perfume & floral notes, & a notable, caramel malt sweetness. Taste is nice sticky hops with mild pungency & wet lupulin oils. Sweet grapefruit & mild pine notes march in with some finishing sweet caramel & toasted bread maltiness. Quite a nice IPA... I suspect it might get too sweet if it gets too old - luckily this bottle was super fresh. nimbleprop (8949) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 21, 2013
Sampled at GABF 2013. Pours a clear caramel amber with some frothy, white head. Nose has malt, orange, honey. Flavor is malty, honey comb, orange. Clean finish. Sweet. Not much else happening. cubs (10742) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 15, 2013
GABF 2013. Pours a bit hazy golden orange appearance with a light tan head. Soft grapefruity/citrusy, somewhat spicy hoppy aroma. Flavor really reminds me of Two Hearted with a juicy grapefruity forward flavor along with some grassy and herbal notes. Would like to drink again. b3shine (9281) - Indiana, USA - AUG 31, 2013
Draft to taster at Eccentric Cafe. Looks solid; a mostly transparent golden orange with white head that dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; juicy and piney hops with a pale malt backbone. Tastes less robust with an average mouthfeel. Okay beer, but an underwhelming example of the style.
