Pours a pale yellow, very hazy with a nice head & good lacing on the glass.
The aroma is subtle but very nice, citric and lightly funky with a nice bready character. Light sweet smelling, chill.
The flavor is tart and has some light lemon zest, it’s got a bready malt thing and a big yeastiness. Very dry, pleasantly sour, coolio.
Pour on tap at Hopcat, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange, lemon, hints of white fruit, nice acidic note into a bit of grass, lemon peel. Taste was a mix of white fruit, lemon, oak, some slight brett, hints of tart lactic notes, finishing slightly tart, slightly dry. blutt59 (6598) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2010

On tap at Bell’s. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a light cream colored head. Nose involves some light dust, citrus notes, flowers, and some melon: very pleasant. Taste is lightly sweet with a touch of bitterness: not big but in balance. Palate is crisp and light, almost pilsener-like. A nice light refreshing beer with some different character compared to other similar types of light beers. The Lady liked this one quite a bit. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2012
On tap at Bell’s. Clean wheat-heavy nose with some light phenolics. Dry yeast and a touch of bread. Some background light grain.

I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments.

On tap at Suttree’s. Very murky orange, with a thin ring of foam. Smells really juicy and tart, with citrus, wine and funk. It’s pretty tart, actually, with a lot of citrus, plus a good deal of white wine. Lots of orange juice, as well. solidfunk (9729) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - SEP 22, 2016
Very nice for a slightly sour beer but not much like Biere de Garde. Maroon pour with decent head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Nice stuff. Tap at Snally. DYCSoccer17 (3714) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 8, 2016
10 oz sample at Kickback in Jax...Aroma has hints of lacto and Brett. Light sweet caramel, too. Moderately hazy honey orange color with a medium tan head. Starts with a tart, lacto based flavor. Has a little smoke and milk flavor in the middle. Finishes with cereal grains. Lots of malt, balanced by some tart. Unique and good. koleminer20 (4171) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - OCT 9, 2016
On draft at Roll Out the Barrel 2016. The pour is a cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head and a couple spots of lace. The aroma is nicely tart and sour with a bright light fruit to it. There is a tart Brett funkiness, but it’s well balanced. I like it. The flavor is a little more relaxed. It’s nice and fruity. There is a light tartness and a good balance here. There is a light barnyard funk and a decent farmhouse quality to it. The mouth feel is light and crisp with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly sweet and tart finish. It’s interesting.
