Tap at Rochester Tap House. Pours semi hazy yellow, lemon color, white head. Aroma is really nice lemon, sour Brett notes, chardonnay barrel aging comes through nicely, really lovely and complex. Flavor is tart Brett, funk, lemon, white grape, wine barrel character. Excellent. Very pleased. Medium heavy acidity.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VIII on 10/07/2016. Clear golden color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Oaky aroma with fruit, yeast and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of funky yeast, lemon and doughy malt. The finish is funky with a brett and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Light oak and funk aroma. Beautiful hazed-golden color with sudsy white head. Just the right amount of funk and lemon tartness, with light wood and chardonnay wine character (no ugly butter notes!)...just the right amount of wine character. Incredible balance.
Notes: On tap at the Denver Rare Beer Tasting 8, during GABF Week 2016.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap. Poured a clear golden color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour fruit and wood aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Roll Out the Barrel. Then pouring dark orange gold with no head and no lace. The aroma is definitely sour and funky. There is a little grape skin and a lack of much complexity. The flavors are a little better. Lots of grape skin and Brett. There is a bit of sweet fruit that is appreciated. Lightly sour with a good funk. The mouth feel is light but well carbonated. The aftertaste is funky and great. It's a solid sour

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour is golden, very thin head. White grape aroma with some apple cider vinegar. Lemony, grape kinda flavor. Very sharp, very white wine-like. And very good. Somewhat surprised me. Not so much sour but damn good.
