It baffles me that this isn't rated higher. This is the single greatest drink I've ever had. Puts a smile in my face every time. Drinks easy with great after taste. Doghair (464) - Illinois, USA - DEC 1, 2013
Light spicy floral aroma. Taste is sort of bitter with a floral essence. Not at all what I expected. Maybe my bottle was bad but disappointing. esjaygee (3906) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 1, 2013
On tap at Eccentric Café. Decapitated crystal clear apple juice. Soapy aroma of honey, alcohol and mild spices. Semi-sweet taste of honey, light spices and alcohol.

Nice dessert beer. Light oak and honey flavor. Would go great with an apple pie. No need to have more than a couple ounce pour though. JaBier (8235) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAY 27, 2013
Glass at the Eccentric Cafe on 3/30/13. Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of honey, wildflowers and dry white wine. Honey and citrus flavor with a semi-sweet finish. thedm (6319) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 29, 2012
This bottled brew from rbsg #42 poured a head of bubbles that were fully diminished and left behind a typically carbonated transparent yellow white colored body. The aroma was hot and sweet. . The mild flavor contained notes of sweetness and honey. An OK brew just nothing special. crossovert (13833) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 2, 2012
I’m not a huge mead drinker but I enjoyed this. Light pale colour, sweet flower notes int he nose, sweet and winey flavor. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2012
On tap at Bell’s Eccentric Cafe. Not much alcohol. Good honey character with minor orange and a touch of white-wine character. Quite dry. Mild sweetness.
