2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured a very light sparkly white color, looks like a glass of Sprite. The smell is lightly sweet with a hint of honey and citrus. The flavors are odd, more wine than honey, with light sweet citrus flavors. Taste like a semi sweet riesling. Very carbonated mouthfeel. Didn’t really care for this, just isn’t very mead like.
Tap at the source. Pours light lemon, white head. Aroma is pure honey, nutmeg, syrup. Flavor is apple cider, honey, lemon, sweet. Nice body. rosenbergh (11760) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 17, 2016
Draught at Bell's Eccentric Cafe, Kalamazoo, MI. 10.3%.
Clear watery color with some yellowish notes and tiny white head.
Sweetness... melon? and sugar in the aroma. Mild lemony tartness, sugary and fruity sweetness and some alcohol in the flavor. Not my cup of tea.

Tap at bells. Pale golden with small head. Light mouthfeel for a mead, and quite a bit of carbonation. Slightly warm booziness. Dry honey and not much else. Just eh. koleminer20 (3845) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - MAY 6, 2016
On draft at Bells. This is interesting. The pour is a crystal clear light good color with no head and no lace to be found. The aroma is sweet, but it’s light. There is a dryness there and a bit of what seems like apple skins. It’s not too bad, but it’s just so plain. The flavor is where this one falls apart. There is a ton of dry honey that just isn’t good. It’s got a little tartness from some kind of fruit skin, and it finishes strange. There seems to be a lot of apple in this one. The mouth feel is syrupy and heavy with no carbonation and a lingeringly dry, sweet honey to go with the apple thing. Not good tchaos (428) - New York, USA - NOV 30, 2015
750ml bottle courtesy of UrbanCaver for CCCM share. Pours pale yellow with very minor carbonation. Aroma is subtle honey with very faint spice. Taste is very light honey; slightly floral and waxy. Light mouthfeel. Meh.

On tap: The aroma consists of light-moderate honey, apple, and faint white wine. It’s a dull white-gold with no head but some rising bubbles. The flavor starts with a which dose of honey and light apple. The finish has some white wine and champagne notes. It’s medium bodied with lightly spritzy carbonation. Overall, light bodied and more carbonation than I’m used to it a Mead...still pretty tasty. sawbuck (756) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - APR 11, 2015
Faint honey notes on the nose. Pale yellow with minimal head. Sweet honey with hidden notes of some citrus. Some alcohol burn on the finish and faint bitterness to somewhat balance. First mead experience....o.k. JStax (7132) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JAN 1, 2015
Draft pour at the source. Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy white head of foam that actually sticks around. The arom has sweet honey and some tea notes. The taste is fairly sweet, but not cloying. Slick mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Dfonorow (2250) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 20, 2014
On tap at Bells. Pour is clear yellow with no head. Aroma and flavor of light honey, floral, white grapes, and pale malt. Plain but decent.
