Tastes a bit like sprite, apple juice, and honey. Rather light mouthfeel and clean finish. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2012
On tap at Bell’s Eccentric Cafe. Not much alcohol. Good honey character with minor orange and a touch of white-wine character. Quite dry. Mild sweetness. lampeno420 (320) - Zeeland, Michigan, USA - MAY 15, 2009
Had this on tap a few different times at Bells. Really crisp mead, not super sticky like you would think. Very little alcohol, and thin on the tongue. Straight forward flavor, but a really solid beer. Sammy (13013) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 12, 2011
Very decent mead, from the brewery. Some depth and complexity. Pleasant aroma. Some colour in the body.Decent drinkability for this version, at 10.5% Marheb (6336) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 25, 2012
UPDATED: FEB 26, 2012 À la pompe au pub: Difficile de juger. C’est clairement un hydromel puissant avec une emprise alcoolisé à ne pas sous-estimé. Liquide clair et moyennement sucré très chaud et croustillant.

Faint honey notes on the nose. Pale yellow with minimal head. Sweet honey with hidden notes of some citrus. Some alcohol burn on the finish and faint bitterness to somewhat balance. First mead experience....o.k. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - APR 12, 2015
On tap: The aroma consists of light-moderate honey, apple, and faint white wine. It’s a dull white-gold with no head but some rising bubbles. The flavor starts with a which dose of honey and light apple. The finish has some white wine and champagne notes. It’s medium bodied with lightly spritzy carbonation. Overall, light bodied and more carbonation than I’m used to it a Mead...still pretty tasty. SG111 (2145) - New York, USA - JUN 27, 2017
Tap at the source. Pours light lemon, white head. Aroma is pure honey, nutmeg, syrup. Flavor is apple cider, honey, lemon, sweet. Nice body. MrBunn (2867) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 13, 2009
On tap at Eccentric. Body is gold and aromas are faint and sweet. A little bit of honey, pear and white grape juice. Flavor is similar, but the fruit really pops and takes over the plot. Finish is sweet and fruity. Drake (14332) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 26, 2010
10% version served on draft at the Eccentric Cafe. Pours a clear pale gold color with lots of bubbles but no head. Aroma of honey, apples and a slightly grainy note. Taste of sweet honey, white grapes, apple. Sweet and lightly tart. Smooth, medium bodied.
