3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Out of the bottle, poured a deep yellow, hazy, with a tall persistent white head. Aromas of lemon, lemon cough drops, wheat malt, biscuit. On the palate, spicy hop character cuts through the fruit/sweet wheat malt, leaving a lingering bitterness. Like a cross between a German Pils and a wheat ale.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at End of the Road Festival, Larmer Tree Gardens, Thursday 1st September 2016 Hazy orange colour with a murkiness (yeasty sediment) sweet, wheaty but with a good bit of body. Spicy, tasty beer, bit too sweet perhaps but like it, a bit of stray orange showing. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at a tasting. Feeling rather stale, oxidized. Almost none of the hoppy goodness remains. Really not much joy in drinking this.
