Tap @ AZWine. Pour is red with a slightly pink tinted white head. Aroma shows notes of raspberry jam on toast. Flavor is a little more refined with dry notes of tart raspberry and wheat. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 8, 2011
Reddish pour, big white head. Aroma smells like its going to be a sweet raspberry jam. Flavor isnt sweet at all, just a fresh raspberry flavor wihtout a sugary flavor. Sledutah (7761) - Utah, USA - MAR 8, 2011

Aroma: Fresh raspberries
Taste: Raspberry with some tartness
Very nice, dry finish
On tap at AZ Wine RBWG. Pours a bright red color with a small white head. A sweet berry nose, a fizzy light palate. The flavor is a light easygoing Raspberry, toasted malts. Decent. crossovert (13457) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 21, 2011
It is hazy pink and is very watery and slightly sour. It was super popular the day I was at Bell’s but I have had better Raspberry ales.

Fresh rapsberry aroma. Pink-orange in color. Fresh raspberry flavor with a sourish (but not too much) finish, and not syrupy! TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - JUL 7, 2010
Tap at Bells City TAP House event PBW10. Pours a hazy pinkish with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma and flavor of the raspberry, some tart wheat notes. Decent fruit beer. nickd717 (4780) - San Francisco, California, USA - OCT 12, 2009
GABF 2009. Clear dark red color with a small, fading pinkish head. Aroma is lots of raspberries, not particularly sweet. Flavor is raspberries, a little more sour than sweet, without much else really to it. Fairly dry on the palate with medium-light body and medium-high carbonation. Decent but I expect more from Bells. On tap at the Eccentric Cafe in Kalamazoo. I can’t say I’ve experienced a beer that had an aroma so different from the taste, but actually do work well together in this one. The fruit aspect of this fruit beer is not overpowering, which is nice, as there’s a good moderate raspberry fruit in the flavor, but this does not come out so much in the aroma which consists more of funky cheese, olives, and just a light sweet fruit. The appearance really looked like cranberry, and not so much like, which isn’t too surprising. Also, a good wild yeast to go with the sweet raspberry. I liked it, but it’s not my favorite. bookman10 (1155) - Osseo, Minnesota, USA - JUL 30, 2009
Very dry raspberry flavor. Not a sweet beer, but very recognizably raspberry, though with a bitter finish to it. Not my favorite fruit beer, but worth a try.
