I was told by the bartender at Bells that this was a Scotch Ale...and drinking it threw me way off. But had it again the next day at lunch, knowing what it was, and really enjoyed it a lot more. Tap - This beer poured a deep brown color with a thin head. This is a dry hopped brown ale and amid the typical malty aroma of a brown the hops was definitely there. On tap @ the Eccentric Cafe. Poured to a medium to dark brown. Good aroma and flavor. Iíd have it again the next time I visit Kzoo.
