Bottle into pint glass, hazy golden’ish-amber color, some floaties with white head. Aroma of citrus/pine (lemony) hops, some grass, rye and light caramel. Taste brings out rye spiciness (pepper), biscuity malt and more earth/dank hop bitterness. Light-medium body, low carbonation, soft, crisp with some lingering citrus bitterness. I feel spring coming drinking this, or maybe its looking out the window watching the snow finally melt on this 60 degree day. Either way nice bright beer. lamas (1642) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 21, 2014
Bottle. Packaged: 12/13/13. A hazy amber pour with tons of little floaties and a thin beige head. The crisp aroma features some lemons, citrus rinds, light rye bread, grass, and some caramel. Thin to medium-bodied on the way down. A light caramel maltiness upfront taste-wise. A big bready/biscuity middle. Some rye here and there. Lemon and citrus rinds finish things off. A bitter, grassy end. Resiny.
