tangy aroma and a bright golden hue. I found a nice contrast between fruity and spicy nuances. There was some tartness that also lent to a nice complex mix.

Wow. Tap at yellow brick pizza. Nose is spice and floral notes. Body is super light and carbonation is in there but tightly contained. Super smooth with a small wine like bite. Some sugar sweetness cuts thru the esters. Damn this is good.

This brew is one of my all time favs, strange style?? But it is so sparkling, carbonation is like champgne. Do not know how they get it so tight. The flavor is peaches, fruit and slight alcohol warmth. Loved it!!!!

Draft. Pours very clear light yellow with off white head. Nose is some caramel and banana. Taste is same with some spice. Okay tripel.

Bottle huge thanks from the super bowl squares! Bottle number 393 of 1499 batch no. 11471 Bottled September 21st, 2012 so a bit old. Pour has an orange golden color with a thin cap of white head that pulled back to a ring on the glass. Aroma has sweet malt, fruits, dusty hops, and some herbs. Mouth feel is medium with hefty coating and lower side carbonation. Flavor has a big sweet malt base, candi sugar, underlying sweet fruit, Belgian yeast, banana, mild aged hops, and some heat into the finish. This is a big sweet beer that warms you as it goes down and even with a little age on it is very enjoyable.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2014 Tap: Vibrant gold; nearly opaque from the unfiltered haze. Volatile, with a large & fluffy white head that leaves large lace chunks behind. Aroma is full of Belgian yeast. Coriander, clove, some banana-like esters, pears, semi-tart apple skins, and some finishing white pepper spice. Highly carbonated, almost evaporates from the palate. Undertones of earth & bread with lots of clove, rotten banana, and bubblegum from the yeast, lightly sweet. Some mild pears, white grapes, and even apricots in the background. A touch of white pepper & coriander finish things off. Alcohol warms things up a bit. A very nice take on the tripel style from Bells.

Draft at Bell's 28th birthday party at Reno's East. Pale yellow with a frothy, white, dense head. Lots of clove. Whoa. Super clove.

Pours with a plain white head that settles over a cloudy orangey/amber liquid. Some very slight sulfury notes in the nose that are whisked away by a nice fruity-yeasty aroma. it’s a stunning mix of Belgian candi sugar, tropical fruits, sweet chewy malts, bitter hops and alcohol. You can actually taste each individual flavor component here, ultra-complex and delicious! It finishes as awesome as it began: kick-ass bitter, fruity and potent.

RespertFTW (520) - Michigan, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Draft at soup spoon. Looks nice. Heavy dough yeasty aroma. Smells sweet too. Decent level of carbonation. Tastes a lot like it smells, sweet at yeast/doughy. Ok.

rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 21, 2013
tap. Golden with small head. Sweet tripel-like with yeasty bite. Complex sweetness, maybe some cotton candy and fruit? Awesome.
