A good stout to sip on a cold day. Not sure why it they call it a cream stout when not using any.

An outstanding stout. Pours dark with light tan head that lingers. Aroma of dark malts, nutty and dark chocolate. Perfect carbonation gives it a full, creamy mouth feel. Tastes of espresso, walnut, dark chocolate and faint sassafras root (or anise) bit not at all "syrupy." Great finish. I love this beer.

Pours a very dark brown but not quite black color with a thick creamy tan head that left some nice lacing around the glass. The aroma is very sweet, milk chocolate, cold roasted coffee, lots of chocolate, brown bread, lactose sugar. The flavor is very similar to the aroma with the coffee and nuttiness more prevalent but the chocolate is still there. The mouth feel is quite and smooth.

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2017 It's really pretty good, but it's missing a little in it's appearance and aromas. This, I think, takes away from some of the flavors of the beer.

12floz bottle, BOD: 08.23.2017, $2.25 single, pint glass. Dark-brown ale with aromas/flavors of brown sugar and dark chocolate. The full body seems to be a by product of this beer's sweetness and velvety texture. Not great, but it is good.

Bottle. Very dark clear brown with a resilient creamy beige head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, caramel, and coffee. Tastes roasty almost to the point of smoked, bitter and lightly sweet. Smooth.

Very creamy. Tastes almost like a dessert! Doesn't have the usual bite of a typical stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap, ADT. Dark brown/nearly back with a full tan head. Rich bittersweet chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, dark fruits, cocoa, nuts. Mild carbonation, full body. Lingering bitter chocolate finish. Delicious.

Creamy and smooth with a bit of anise and booze. Also get some cream and chocolate.
