Draft at the brewery. Deep brown with a white head. Farmhouse/saddle funk and sweet raspberry. Outstanding. HonusWagner (2226) - Florida, USA - AUG 7, 2015
Pretty damn sour. Heavy acetic component, I’m not crazy about this one but I know many who would be. flatmatt (1608) - Northville, Michigan, USA - AUG 4, 2015
On tap at MBGSF 2015. Amber pour with an off-white head. Sour candy aroma, berry. Great sour, tart berry, a SweetTarts candy sensation. A great one. Damico (3150) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 3, 2015
Pours darker amber mostly unclear with a beige head. Aroma is light tart and refreshing malt and yeast. Body is low on carb but balanced well with a tart flavor that ends so nicely and smoothly on the palate. sloshgator (770) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUL 31, 2015
Bell’s The Wild One is quite the enigma. Lots of complexity but with a major drawback. Murky brown pour with a nice foamy head. Lots of aroma of sour fruit. Taste is a complex combination of stone fruit, oak and wine with a solid sour quality that unfortunately fades into a strong vinegar aftertaste (for me) that lasts for HOURS. This one will definitely appeal to sour-heads. While I can appreciate The Wild One, it is too wild for me.

Draft at ITAP Soulard during a StL Craft Beer Week tap take over. Call this brown for lack of anything better. A beige head. This is a very drinkable sour. It brings funk, but it is moderate at best. Wood, bugs, bark, cherries and more dark fruit. Really nicely understated. Malts are pleasant. Berries and plums. Nice complexity. I like this. It does not eat your face off but it is a very enjoyable beer. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 26, 2015
Draft. Vinegar, yeast, cherry, malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy orange-brown with small head. Initially a sour vinegar flavor followed by sweet cherry, malt, and straw flavor. Yeast aftertaste. Very nice. Mark_Eck (1998) - - JUL 22, 2015
Draft. Pours a rich amber color. Aroma and taste are sour fruits, light vinegar, and a dry finish. Imaena (2359) - Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE - JUL 22, 2015
Draught. This is a nice sour with a bit of sweetness and some nuttiness going on in the finish. pintbypint (3834) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 12, 2015
RBAG, 2015. Sample takjen from a 750ml brown bottle. Brown and unclear looking, small patchy head. Some acidic notes in the nose, sour, some vinegar. Taste has lemon, acid, sourness, tart dark fruit. Good.
