Taste comprises chocolate flakes, light coffee, tiramisu, vanilla, dark fruit whisper.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is bourbon, chocolate, raisins, earthy, nutty. Taste is the same, with a noticeable booze note. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Very nice and balanced!

Keg @ Blue Moon, Madison. Really strong vanilla on the nose. Toasted marshmallows, s’mores. Caramelized prune. Creme brûlée. Unique aroma. Flavor is sweet and fairly hot. Strong vanilla lends more creme brûlée character. Rocky road fudge. Hot and woody finish. Oily, soft carb. Aroma has a strong vanilla note with strong roasted malts supporting and hints of dark grains, whiskey and a bit of almond backing. Flavor is vanilla beans, chocolate, espresso beans, bourbon in the back, but not too heavy. Very vanilla heavy. Some coffee bitterness finish. Body is smooth, silky. Draught at Lexington Beerworks. Pours black with vanilla in nose and then in taste followed by creamy chocolate. Damn good.
