Bottle. Pours a clear golden with hints of red color, medium sized off white head that settles out quickly. Aroma is caramel, fruit, honey. Flavor is malt, caramle, dried fruits, brown sugar. Palate is medium , medium to low carbonation, sweet finish. Decent, but not worthy of a 20 year anniv. beer. Disappointing.

12 oz. bottle - thanks to OhioDad for this special brew! Pours hazy chestnut color with a large beige head that diminished quickly to a ring of bubbles. Wow, this is one sweet and fruity mother of an amber. Aroma is caramel, toffee and rich, ripe summer fruits. Flavor is sweet and rich as well, more ripe fruits, toasty notes, alfalfa and spice with lingering honey-floral aftertaste. Medium to full body and velvety carbonation.

A nice floral hop aroma, lightly malted, and somewhat bready. Appearance is a amber/brownish color with a nice sized off white head. Flavor is nice mild hops, malt backing, and a light fruitiness to it. Palate is bitter, long, nicely carbonated for the style. Overall, It doesn’t blow you away but its an enjoyable Amber Ale. I was probably expecting a bigger beer for an Anniversary Ale.

duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2006
Bottle, with ClarkVV and Sully. Quiet sticky and sweet. Quite malty, with some plummy/raisiny fruit. Not too heavy and shows a light to medium body. Quite nice. Some late spicey characters noticed in the finish, hints of ginger.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel. Medium body with some caramel and then nothing. This beer really fades to become bland and superflouos. 290806

Bottled. Amber coloured. Quite clear. Dense beige head. Citrus, sweetness, fuits and light spices in the nose. Flavour of herbs, caramel, sweetness, light alcohol and light spice. Medium bodied with some light watery notes. Citric and dry end with light bitternotes. Thanks to BBB63 for this beer.

Ungstrup (36442) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2006
An amber beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet spicy - which includes notes of ginger, but also light notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet malty and again quite spicy with ginger standing out.

Bottle from Josh (daalamar) Thanks! Looks like orange muddy creek water. No head at all. Smells fruity, malty, and orange. Taste is very similar to the way wheat love tastes, over carbonated feel in the mouth. Still, its interesting, and certainly a very unique amber ale. Perhaps one they should consider adding to the production line.
