Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Fresh malt base with a little dried fruit. Somewhat German like! Fresh and fairly neutral palate. A little generic fruit with some aniseed. The fruit tastes a little crystallised. Not bad at all. Really reminds me of a fresh German Beer but turned up to 11.
Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Intensely herbal hop aroma. Solid body, sweet malt, somewhat honeyish again with an not entirely pleasant herbal hoppiness. Bitter finish. Not the most refined DIPA. 250711 Leighton (23107) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2016

The nose is a little papery, with note of bread and citrus. Moderately sweet, somewhat boozy, with touches of lime peel, white bread. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation.
