India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Excellent flavor with a strong, bitter after taste. Not my style of beer. But I would definately have another one.

Great American pale ale. Not overpowering bitterness at all. Extremely smooth and great balance between floral notes and bitterness. Could drink all day. Great job, Bells.

Wow. It doesnít get much better than this. Iíve waited a long time to rate this, usually stick to rating the beers from outside my availability.. Going to rate this super high quality local though Drinking this reminds me of all the fun times Iíve had with friends while drinking this beer over the years. Nose is so pungent. Mango, floral, sweet pineapple aroma. Appears a nice burnt orange color. the taste is just the ultimate balance and the most tasty flavors of hops ever. It finishes so Fíing smooth its not even funny. This is dominant and invigorating on the taste buds.

Golden clear pour with frothy white head. Smells wonderfully of hops. Very balanced crisp beer. Absolutly loved it. =)

Pours clear light amber with thin white head. Taste is slightly bitter with a mellow malty undertone. Clears the palate instantly but leaves it crisp and refreshed. Great beer but not blown away.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2003 I've had this beer in bottle and draught and definitely prefer the draught as it's quite a bit smoother. Makes a wonderful sweet first impression with a nice hoppy zing at the end. A nice break from the overly-hopped IPAs that one usually gets. The subtlety of Two Hearted on tap almost reminded me of a bitter, except that it had a bit more of a head. Does that make any sense? I think that if you served a two-hearted ale to a guy with a steak and some mashed potatoes, he'd probably propose to you between mouthfuls.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color gold with a decent white head. Scent is that of pine, and light citrus. Refreshing crisp taste with just the right amount of hops for bitterness. Light body but very refreshing. Pleasantly semi-dry finish. An excellent IPA by all means!!

Draught @ Scottyís Brewhouse in Indianapolis. Amber color w/ nice aromas (unfortunately I had a stuffy nose). This was sweeter than usual with a blend of citrus flavors and hops. Extremely smooth finish with plenty of lacing on the glass. This beer makes a perfect 6 pack for friends because it is not overpowering, bitter, or too sweet.

Bottle. Poured clear copper. Great hoppy nose with an off-white head. This is my favorite IPA so far. Hops are there in full force, but extremely well balanced by a subtle caramel malt finish. This is a great beer.

One of my favorite IPAís. Smells like hops and citrus. This beer will wake up you taste buds. I find myself getting bored with the flavor of some IPAís, but this one tastes better all the time.
