India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

incredibly strong hop bouquet yet not brutally bitter. an excellent IPA, maybe the best I’ve had. orange color, off white abundant head that is fizzy rather than heavy or creamy (yet remains a surprisingly long time for such a head) and releases abundant hop.

One of the better traditional IPAs you can have. Good malt body balanced with plenty of hops that aren’t overpowering. Good aroma. Great IPA.

This is outstanding. Medium gold hazy color on tap. This IPA has a strong citrus aroma. Complexity on the palate is achieved from ample use of hops and malt. The taste starts with a spicy lavender flavor and moves on to citrus and finishes a refreshing bitter. Rich rich rich. One of my favorites

Smelling while still in the bottle blasts flowers and pineapple and melon. In the glass was nicely clouded and aroma was more floral and complex. Tasted sublime for a style that’s been played to death. Hops were there but not "punch you in the face" bitter as most IPAs are. Really outstanding....pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.

Once again another great from Kalamazoo. Strong hops

Gorgeous thick-foamed big-bubble head, slow carbonation, perfect hazy amber color. no lace to speak of. Flowery aroma overpowers any residual citrus. Creamy mouthfeel, full-bodied. Some sweetness to semi-balance the strong bitterness. More bitterness than the 09 Hopslam because of less malts.

Deep gold with off white head. Aroma is spicy citrus and mango. Creamy body with pleasant bitterness. More tart citrus in the finish. One of my favorites. Even better on cask.
