COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

355ml can - thanks martjoobolut! (6+:3:7+:4:15=2.5++) canned 022916
Maybe my detergents are weird, but this reminds me of doing the washing up, piney and citrus. Sweetness comes from tinned peaches and pineapple. Pale orange, small brief head. Delicious toffee malts, fruity zesty hops. Perfect balance between malts, aromatic citrussy piney hops, and nettley zesty bitter hops. Shame about the negative connotations from the aroma, this is a gorgeous fresh IPA. Covers 7% very well indeed. Well done Bells, this reminds me of my first Hopslam experience years ago - Iím actually excited by an American IPA!

Bottle from D&J Liquor in St. Louis, MO. Hazy amber color with a vigorous beige head. Nice aroma of resin and floral hop. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is very hoppy, piney with a hint of grapefruit. Finishes smooth and tasty. There’s enough malt to give the illusion of balance. Why can’t we get this in California?

Tap at Abraxas Lounge, Miami. It pours golden yellow, with a 1cm white head. The nose is floral, fresh pine and grapefruit. The taste is lemon, lime, grapefruit, pine, resin, floral, some underlying sweetness and grass, with a long bitter-dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Crisp and easy drinking. I wasnít blown away by this, but still itís a solid, enjoyable IPA.

Hazy golden IPA with a thick creamy white head. Floral C-hops with nutty maderized malt in aroma. In mouth, a fragrant IPA with earthy citrus, a biscuitty malt, light mint notes, lingering hops covering the mouth. A very nice IPA from a trade with Piscator, Nov. 2005.
