Bottle from the Cidery. Clear pale gold, fizzy, quick dissipating white head. Apple / green apple aroma. Sweet, mild tart on the nose. Flavor is sweet, but less sweet than the aroma would suggest. Clean and crisp.

beerbill (3618) - Laurel, New York, USA - AUG 22, 2014
750 mil bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a very thin effervescent white head that vaporizes almost instantly. Pleasant aroma of sweet apple with perhaps a hint of honey. The flavor is again sweet apple with a bit of tartness as well, but with some noticeable yeast in the flavor as well. Very spritzy on the palate. Dries out a little at the finish.

3.2
MicroGrog (467) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - OCT 31, 2012

Bottle @ Applepalooza ’12.

Wine glass. Clear, pale straw color. Touch of fizz.

Floral scent. Pear wine. Something like clay.

Tastes like a perry. Subtly sweet skin. Grassy. A prick of initial tartness. Low carb. Low acid. A bit yeasty.

Not as bland as some of their other bottles, but it’s basically quality 6-pack stuff.

3.5

Pouring during the Hop & Harvest at Peekskill. Pours a clear gold with a very faint thin white head that falls immediately. Soft apple, toast, apple flesh. Medium bodied, sweet, apple dries out nicely. Crisp acidity, bright and lively. Long tart apple.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow body. Very carbonated. Lots of apple flavor. Slight tart with a nice crispness. I think the owner said they used 7 different types of apples in this one and it shows on the flavor. Very full and slightly dry.
