Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a bit of white head. Smell is sweet and floral. Palate is medium bodied with good carbonation. Taste is quite hop forward but not overpowering and a nice belgian smoothness. Long lasting bitter aftertaste.

650ml bottle from the brewery in Toronto, Ontario. Orange in colour with a white head, good lacing. The aroma is of orange citrus, tropical, yeasty. The flavour is moderately bitter, tropical, some candy sweetness, lots of citrus, peppery. Finishes long, bitter, juicy. Very good.

[5748-20130824] Tap. Fruity apple grains aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a quick foamy white head. Lightly bitter orange peel hops flavour with a little hoppy lemon aftertaste. Medium body is quite bitter. Very tasty. (8/3/8/4/16) 3.9+

2013-08-24. Hazy bright orange body modest white head and lace. 3+ Aromas is hoppy with pleasant Belgian yeast quality to it. Flavour is pleasantly hoppy up front, yeasty Belgian character eventually catches up to the hops. I canít decide if I like that combination or not. Light leafy green hops in the finish, lingering Belgian character and fruity hops. Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate, pleasant carbonation. 3+ Quite enjoyable. The Belgian character diminishes the impact of the hops at times but it still works nicely. Enjoyable. On tap at Volo Bellwoods Sunsplash event, Toronto

Bottle from the brewery. Bottled Feb 1st, enjoyed on May 31st - held on to it a bit longer than Iíd planned, but itís still in great shape. Honey-orange-gold body with a lot of little floaties and a creamy white head. Aroma has loads of fruit - pineapple, sweet orange, peach - with a bit of pine and some Belgian yeast spiciness. Flavour is like a tart tropical fruit salad with a dressing of peppery yeast. Finish is medium length and moderately bitter, with some grapefruit peel balanced with honey and white pepper. Medium bodied with nice tingly carbonation. A delicious refresher that hides its strength way too well...

Frothmeister (792) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 14, 2013
650ml bottle from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy, and the colour of honey with a thin off-white head. Aroma is resinous hops, fresh pineapple, faint golden syrup, and lemon zest. A little watery, with initial soapy notes, faint tropical fruit, crisp mineral water undertones, and a bitter pithy finish. Itís not bad, but it seems to be missing something and falls a little flat. Very little that says "Belgian" here, but an easy drinking IPA that would be good for the warm weather.

Golden color with a frothy white head and lace. Lovely hop citrus aroma. Spicy gummy bear flavor. Bitter citrus finish.

Bottle from brewery. Pours clear amber with a white head. Brilliant fruity aroma: orange, grapefruit, peach, kiwi, strawberry, etc. Taste is "like every other Belgian IPA Iíve had", and thatís not a bad thin; pine, slight spice, citrus fruits, with good hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with high carbonation. Another good one from Bellwoods.

Deep golden pour with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is great. Loads of pine and bright Belgian spice aroma. Incredible juiciness with a nice tropical fruit aroma. A little bit of pepper and some tropical fruitiness. Some candied fruit but the beer is nicely dry and fresh. Zesty and delicious. One of my favorites from these guys. Absolutely delicious.
