Bottle, pours bright golden colour, flavour was quite spicy, maybe a bit too much for my liking, it was enjoyable. The spice does become. A bit hidden as you drink more, it was enjoyable, I would like to try again Dpaquet (422) - Trois-rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 21, 2013
Pours a hazy copper with a big fluffy head that dissapears quicly that and a nice lacing. Aromas is fruity, spices like nutmeg and cardamome, coriander. Tasre has a nice fruitiness, honey, pepper, spices, very floral, alcohol is definiltly present. Big carconation here and fairly dry. Alcohol is a bit too much present for a saison IMO. Also the carbonation carries a lot of the alcohol esters so it makes it not as drinkable a lower ABV saison. Still enjoyable. barncatmatt (2355) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 24, 2013
750ml bottle from the brewery, shared by distr0. hazy goldenwith awhite head. aroma of double mint gum. thick, sweet and spicey, very much like a big flavour wit beer, not even close to a saison. Spab (4069) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 21, 2013
750 ml bottle from brewery. Pours a modestly cloudy orange with large, lasting, slightly off-white head. Aroma is quite fruit (mostly tropical fruits) with fair amount of spice. Flavour is apple, pear, lime, some banana, lots of floral character and a big clove hit. Sweet but quite dry in the finish. Fine but lively carbonation. Medium to full body. Interesting. shaynsawchuk (713) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 20, 2013
750 mL. Pours a cloudy orange tinged iced tea, with a massive white head. Sour aroma, lots of spicy clove and ginger, mandarin orange, lime, yeast and biscuit. High carbonation and a smooth effervescent mouth feel. Complex and tasty, a great beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark and semi-cloudy. Good spice aroma. Taste has a very mild bitter to it that makes it different than a typical winter/Christmas spiced ale. DerWeg (1704) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 27, 2013
A heavyweight Saison you could lay down a bomber or two of, mine was on draught. Fuzzy orange look with creamy white head, aromas of vanilla, spice and fruit. Deep round flavors of rooty spices nd himts of candy lemon and vanilla. Apricots, apple butter and prunes. Creamy palate, late bitterness seems to be from hops and herbal spices. Only a hint candy-ish and never too heavy. solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Very strong, tasty beer. Pours clody orange with creamy head, good lacing. Smells like ginger and cloves - great saison for winter. Aroma has floral hops and alcohol as well. Taste is tangy with some bitterness. Tap at brewpub. jercraigs (10858) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 8, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 31, 2013 2013-03-28. Crisp bright orange large foamy white head. 4 modest aroma, lightly spicey, modest pale malt, light alcohol. 7+ Flavour is similar, relatively dry, fairly spicey, floral notes, spice has a bitterness to it, sort of nutmeg or clove like? 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate is quite carbonated, suits it. 3++ Much more depth than previous sample, but the clove grows a lot as it goes on which might entice me on another day but was limiting my enjoyment of it slightly today. 7/4/7/4/14 3.6 Bottle shared by GregClow.HogTownHarry (7065) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - JAN 3, 2013
2012-12-31. Dark orange body with a small off -white head. 3+ Flavour is quite dry and relatively bitter. Sort of floral quality to the hops. 6+ Aroma is similar, floral hops, dry sort of flour like pale malt. 6+ Average bodied palate with low carbonation. Something, I think the hops, are not to my taste. Didn’t quite get into this one. Will try again if I get a chance. 7/3/7/3/13 3.3 Bottle at Volo, Toronto
December 30, 2012 - on draught at Volo. Cloudy golden pour with a minimal head. Aroma of alcohol, spice, floral bitterness and fruit/banana background sweetness - very yeasty and appealing, if perhaps more summery. Taste follows, a tad boozier with less spiciness ("Carlos SpicyWeiner here!" keeps running through my head, I really should watch less Family Guy). Average body, nicely carbonation, finishes quick and a bit dry - I really liked it and will drink it again if I ever see it around.
