COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cat Lady is the foil, the counterpart, and the yin to Roman Candle's yang. This version of Cat Lady was double dry-hopped to showcase the punchy, bright aromatics of Citra and Columbus. A beautifully hoppy IPA that celebrates citrus and as always...cats.

Nice slick IPA, tropical smell, strong hop flavour, very dry, long aftertaste, only slightly tropical in the taste, slick palate with classic hop flavours. Love it.

500 ml bottle from the Hafis Road bottle shop. Pours a murky dull golden colour with moderate-sized white head. Aroma is catty and full of resin with some graininess. Flavour is big resin that gives of pot-like and catty character along with some mellow graininess. Average plus body. Nice.

[9900-20171217] 500mL bottle. Citrus tangerine spiced hops aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head and some lacing. Orange lemon peel flavour has a bitter base. Medium body is quite bitter. Good, nice citrus. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2017 500 ml bottle from Dave - thanks again, Dave! Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and film, leaving some trailing ropes of lace in the glass. Notes of lemon, tangerine, pineapple, herbs, sweet malts, grass, onion, nectarine, tea, light oils, and florals. Light-medium bodied, with modest carbonation and a fruity, bitter, pretty smooth and balanced mouthfeel. Really nice DDH IPA. Good on you, Canada.

Bottle - Lime notes and some acidity. Cloudy yellow. Touch acidic and green herbal notes. Decent, but not as much cat pee.

Bottle from brewery. No date. Deep green hop huffs on the nose. Not as cat pissy as the original (going by memory & old review as there is none available to do the proper testing). Delicate orange in the glass with a mushy cap. Manages to be both loud (hop bomb with mandarin orange highlights, prickly mouthfeel & angular bitterness) & soft (hints of melon, fruit salad & a gentle finish). Really good. As usual, Sammy gives a free workshop on what-the-fuck descriptive writing below (ie what exactly does “more mouthfeel” mean?). Think I like the pissy, oniony original better but memory so deceitful.

More aroma and maybe more flavour than the regular cat lady. A different take on it. Slightly more mouthfeel. Bottle from the source.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2017 Citrus and pine on the nose. That and and a little bit of tropical goodness on the tongue. Chewy, resiny and bitter. Double dry-hopped, huh? Excellent.
