Bottle from brewery. Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Amazing fruity hop aroma. Delicate malt with nice fruity hops and a bitter finish. Full body, high carbonation. Wonderful stuff! jamestulloch (4109) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 25, 2016
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2016 Keg and bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange body with a thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma of grass, lime jelly and tangerine. Flavour of pineapple, orange, grapefruit and a hoppy spice. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Beautifully hoppy and moreish. cfrancis (3445) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2014
Thanks to Nick for this. Pours a hazy gold with a small white top. Aroma is intense citrus and grapefruit hop aromas that make you want to live in the glass. Taste although dials back the hop flavouring to loads of citrus and grapefruit but the bitterness doesn’t back up the aromas. I’m thinking the hops are going to turn my mouth inside out and I’m left looking for a little more. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 27, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Bright golden body with a faint haze and a pearly white head that starts large, recedes a bit, but never completely disappears and leaves some great lacing. Aroma is chock full of hops - cat pee, tangerine rind, cut grass, bit of pine. Flavour is similarly hop forward - seriously fruity, with tangerine and passionfruit, bit of pine and citrus rind, and yeah, some catty notes. Orange rind/pith really comes through in the finish. One of the best hops-heavy beers I’ve had in a long while! deepeary (405) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 21, 2014
500 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a classic hazy IPA yellow with white soapy head that sticks around. Smell is mouth watering hops and more hops hitting notes of pine resin, melon like fruitiness. Really great smelling stuff. Feels a bit oily with not much carbonation. Taste is really well balanced, juicy, piney and bitter. Sweet malt comes through, but its not the star here, just as I like it.

Probably the freshest beer I’ve ever had as I bought it as the bearded hipster was labelling the bottle. Pours a foggy golden orange with a one inch foam cap. Aroma is classic ipa sucker punch of cracked pine & citrus. This a full throated ipa. Each sip brings deep hop flavour: grapefruit, pine needles, & a great earthy funk that I can only describe as homegrown high grade ganja. Light this baby up while you cook the wife dinner & you’ll be enjoying this beer’s groove all night. Love it. Listigovers (1171) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2015
Moderate caramel aroma with some grassy hops. Long lasting head. Great mouthfeel with rolling carbonation, taste is caramel and grassy hops. The bitter caramel flavour of this IPA is awesome, very smooth and clean. Medium bodied, very refreshing. Amazing IPA! Definitely tops Roman Candle for my tongue mmm mmm mmm! neongolden (1647) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 7, 2013
(500ml from bottle shop, 2 days old) Pours clear pale orange, small white head, no lace. Aroma very pungent and a little dank/catty with orange zest, peach/pit fruit, bit of mango, resiny. Flavour of oranges, a melange of other fruit, resinous - some sweetness in the malt but just enough to support those dank fruity hops. Nice pungency to the middle of the palate, finishes dry, with a decent helping of resiny, slightly peppery bitterness that clings to the tongue. Body medium but silky smooth with fairly low carb. Very flavourful but extremely drinkable IPA, love the Summit/Simcoe combo here. Prefer this to Roman Candle, nice backup plan! Draught pint at Bar Hop. Slightly hazy gold, smallish lasting off-white head. Aroma is catty, floral with a bit of honey and alcohol. Taste follows, less sweetness- terrific balance. Average body, quite astringent, decent carbonation and a long dry increasingly catty/pungent finish. Terrific - I had two. jksipa (942) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 25, 2014
500ml bottle fresh from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a generous off white head that settles quickly but leaves some lace. Nose is lots of pine and citrus and earth. Starts sweet malts and honey but quickly picks up bitter lemon and grapefruit to produce a nice dry finish. Very fresh and earthy. Medium slick mouth with soft carbonation. Thoroughly enjoyable.
