4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Primarily grapefruit in the nose, with a hint of pine and some malt. Yellow/golden in appearance, fairly dark for an APA. Long lasting large white heat. Interesting flavors in this one, citrus upfront, a bit of sweet malt and a long herbal aftertaste with some hop bitterness. Light/medium bodied. Pretty good.
650ml bottle. Golden in colour with a thin but lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is of orange citrus, some tropical fruits, toasty. The flavour is of citrus hops, floral, some caramel malt, herbal and biscuts. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, lots of hop bitterness. Really nice, excellent balance. Good hop bite. Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - APR 12, 2013
Golden color with a thin head and lace. Fruity hop aroma. Nice bitterness. Pleasant pale ale. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 12, 2013
Pale golden pour with a thin white head. The aroma is quite tropical and a little bit orangey as well. A little bit of spice and some light citrus as well. Medium-bodied and clean. A nice bright pale ale. Clean and fresh. Quite lovely. solidfunk (8943) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Has some horsey aroma with some fairness. Pours copper with foamy head and lacing. Average carbonation. Taste finishes light with a pretty light palate. Not my favorite pale ale by Bellwoods. Tap at brewpub. blankboy (7689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 5, 2013
Draught at brewpub, Feb. 14. Pours a slightly cloudy copper-gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Some lacing on the
glass. Nice hoppy aroma, lots of fruity hops along with malt and fruit --
simple but pleasant. Flavour of resiny hops along with a bit of grain, lots of fruit and malt in the back. Decent bitter finish. Medium bodied. A solid, enjoyable dry-hopped Ale.

650 ml bottle from brewery. Pours a quite hazy golden orange with average, lasting white head. Aroma is citrus, flowers and biscuit. Flavour is grapefruit rind, some floral character and crackery biscuit. Finish is dry and has a nice bitterness. I could drink lots of this. shaynsawchuk (681) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 24, 2013
650 mL. Pours an hazy orange brown color with a thin white head. Aroma offers a typical APA nose, caramel malt, citrus peel and wax. Flavor is mildly sweet with a thick chewy mid palate that has a definite peanut note to it. Medium bodied with a well hopped finish and a lingering nuttiness. Tasty.
