COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Farmageddon #11 is a 12-14 month blend of oak-aged, wild farmhouse ales. Batch #11 sees us drop the "Barrel Aged Brett Saison" descriptor formerly used for Farmageddon in favour of "Wild Farmhouse Ale" due to the range of microflora at play (a mixture of wild yeasts and bacteria), and the increase in tartness in this batch relative to those before it. The effervescent beer that hibernates in these bottles is a dynamic labour of love, changing and improving with time.

stevoj (5683) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 9, 2017
Bottle at share. Pale golden, milky. Tart, wine like aroma, white grapes. Taste is more of the funky Brett, light fruit.

BuckeyeBoy (8608) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 9, 2017
500ml bottle pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is sour apple bread notes barrel and some spice. Taste is more of the sour tart notes a little barrel presents and a odd apple spice.

Smells a little funky and you can smell the sourness. But it doesn't taste that sour.

Draught at Farmhouse Fest. Hazy pale, thin head. Nice brett, good tree fruit tartness. Tasty.

Draft - Dusty and aspirin notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light soured malts and some bitter peel.

mcberko (19183) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 8, 2017
On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light honey sweetness and a touch of funk. Flavour is nicely balanced, with lots of pleasant hay, farmhouse funk, and rustic saison yeast. Complex and light, with a hay-like finish. Very good.

[9158-20170507] 500mL bottle. Soured grainy yeast aroma. Hazy, light orange tan body with a quick foamy off-white head. Soured fruity yeast grains flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

Bottle at RateBeer Best. Pours a ckear gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, funk, apple skin, oak. Thin body, apple, funk, brett, light tartness, very good.

jercraigs (10921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 8, 2017
2017-05-07. Lightly hazy dark yellow body with a modest quick beige that head fades. Aroma is moderate, pleasant vinous white wine character. Whispers of wood and light funk. Flavour is lightly funk, light vinous white wine like fruit. Smooth average body is almost flat to its detriment in my opinion. Enjoyable but falls fairly short of my expectations. I really think some more carbonation would have made it more cohesive. I have more bottles so we shall see. 7/3/7/3/15-16 Bottle from Bellwoods, Toronto.

DuffMan (10730) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 2, 2017
Bottle, shared with Parksy And Dave. Hazy medium gold, lively white head. Funky barnyard meets spicy oak with lemony tartness. Finish is bone dry. Complex and very drinkable. Excellent.
