Tap at the Brew Pub, 12th July 17. Pours straw color some haze, aroma is brett and fruit. Taste is funk, yeast, tart, good amount of brett, very refreshing. Good saison. beerplace (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 12, 2017
500ml bottle (thx, Chris S.!). Brett Saison, vintage 2017, 6.2% ABV, bottle conditioned. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is earthy and bretts. Taste is similar, very crispy with some flowery notes. Quite good stuff. HippyHop (656) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2017
Holy fuck this stuff is a Brett bomb. Funk funk and more funk on the nose. Leather and barnyard/horseblanket, doughy saison yeast, lemon, pepper. Weirdly there's a bit of water behind all that brett funk. Still delicious, but a little intense to be sessionable.

Bottle @ 5.4%. Thanks to Pat for this. Appearance is cloudy yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is grass, lemon, and clove. Taste is grass, and lemon, with a hint of pepper and a dry crisp finish. Very Classic indeed, this is really on point with the style. cattaneopapa (391) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2016
Bottle from the brewery. 5.4% alc./vol.Pours a hazy straw colour with two fingers of white head. Aromas of oranges, bananas, and a whiff of Belgian yeast. Citrusy taste with notes of Belgian yeast and peppery spiciness on the finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Excellent saison. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 18, 2016
Keg at the brewery. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried apricot, white pepper and white bread. Flavour of lemon zest, underripe peach and sparkling water. Thin to medium body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Lively fizz. Earthy and crisp.
