UPDATED: NOV 6, 2017 Bottle, several times at this point, shared with various people. Cutting to the chase: this is quite simply my favourite rendering of a heterogeneous style. I like a dry, rustic, attenuated saison and this nails it. There are some higher notes of florals and fruit as well, just elegant and tasty and drinkable.

500ml bottle pours a golden colour with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon with some yeasty notes and light fruits. Taste is a light lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness and a dry yeasty finish. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, a respectable brew that suits the style well.

Lemon, biscuit, grains, pepper, and straw on the nose. Brett is subtle but there; lots of light grains and straw and some light lemon too. Translucent light amberish yellow with a thin white head. Great summer beer.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2017 Very lively pour. Hazy light yellow color. Fruity aroma, mostly pears. Dry peppery taste. High carbonation. Good saison

500ml brown bottle, 6.2%, 2017 release. Hazy, yellow colour, thin white head. Aromas of bretty funk and citrus. Flavour is dry, big brett notes, lemony citrusy notes and yeast. Super crisp carbonation. Solid brew.

Aroma is citrus , clove, and light funk. Taste us a very duke sweetness and citrus. Light earthiness. A bit too watered done.

Had this at FHF. Cloudy, quite pale. Earthy brett, bit thin, has a nice earthy quality.

Tap at the Brew Pub, 12th July 17. Pours straw color some haze, aroma is brett and fruit. Taste is funk, yeast, tart, good amount of brett, very refreshing. Good saison.

500ml bottle (thx, Chris S.!). Brett Saison, vintage 2017, 6.2% ABV, bottle conditioned. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is earthy and bretts. Taste is similar, very crispy with some flowery notes. Quite good stuff.

HippyHop (728) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2017
Holy fuck this stuff is a Brett bomb. Funk funk and more funk on the nose. Leather and barnyard/horseblanket, doughy saison yeast, lemon, pepper. Weirdly there's a bit of water behind all that brett funk. Still delicious, but a little intense to be sessionable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
