COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mixed fermentation ale was soured with 5-strain house blend of lactobacillus, and heavily dry-hopped with citra. The result is juicy, sour, and thirst-quenching. Lots of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and cedar hop aromas and flavours with very low bitterness.

Grosse explosion en bouche, belle couleur mais je ne suis pas certain d'en prendre plus que 1 ou 2 bouteille par soir. 6.50$ la bouteille, meilleur rapport qualité-prix à date!

(500ml bottle from the Ossington bottle shop) Pours a quite hazy orange-gold with an average white head and spotty lace. Aroma of juicy tangerines, light grapefruit, lactic acidity, soft pit fruit. Flavour is tart, juicy, notes of apricot/peach, tangerine, some biting grapefruit juice, subtle wheaty feel, rather lactic, light pine, very low bitterness. Light to medium bodied, rather soft carbonation. A clearly refreshing brew that quenches with just the right amount of juicy tartness. It's not as vibrantly hop-forward as the pilot Dry Hopped Sour I had last time I was in Toronto. Different hop schedule/batch variation?

En fut au Bar Lupulus. Au nez: agrumes et fruits tropicaux. Un nez de dry hop. Couleur dorée / orangée. Petite mousse.

Bellwoods Jelly King Very pale cloudy straw gold with a sour fruity aroma. Fruity acidic flavor on a light body. Tasty but pink guava smoked it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beaverfest Day 1. Keg. Hazy yellow gold beer, no head. Palate is light and dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Nice light candy lemon. Some tangy lemon and a trace of candy fruits. Light dry crisp finish. Interesting.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2017 Aroma is complex: fresh hops, tangerine, tart, almost gose-like with a touch of salt, peaches. Taste is balanced and complex as well, fruity with lemon, oranges, freshly squeezed juice, brett. Not watery, but full and funky. Very, very good.

500ml bottle. Pours golden yellow with a huge thick off white head leaving strong lacing and dissipating slowly along with micro bubbles throughout the beer. Smells oaky and very peachy up front. Some smooth passion fruit as well. Slight citric aromas. Tastes pleasantly hoppy with a dry finish. Distinctly fruity, peach, lemon and small papaya. Tart and full and crisp mouthfeel. Overall very good. Pleased with it as my first Bellwoods beer but I don't see the hype just yet.
