At the brewpub. Clear light amber, slight foamy head. Nice resiny. Aroma. Balanced.

Pale yellow-gold with a little bit of yeast haze. The aroma has a bit of light apricot and stone fruit. A slightly sweet candied flavor (although the beer isn't sweet at all). Assertive bitterness with a touch of light fruitiness. Lean palate. Lovely brew.

On tap. Hazy orange. Slightly foamy white head. Aroma has honey, lilac, pineapple, a light spoiled milk funk. Light and slick. Even balance, a little sweet and astringent in the body. Finish is bordering on intensely bitter. Wouldn’t drink it all night, but it’s good and unique. Radek Kliber (7320) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - NOV 25, 2012

Aroma: gentle bitter , honey with floral feel , hint of spic , fruity backing. 7+
Look: fine haze on gold , touch of amber. Nice plus sized creamy top. Rings on glass walls.
Taste/palate: medium bodied , chewy in texture. Slightly nutty mid , hint of spice , root. Leafy bitterness on sides. Softer finish. Touch of phenolic bubble gum. Very drinkable.
2012-11-20. Crisp bright yellow body, small white head and nice lace. 3+ Nice hoppy aroma, dry grassy hops, modest fruit follows. 7+ Flavour starts similarly, straw/grass notes to the hops, fruity in the middle and finish, mild citrus, sweet orange, whisper of tropical fruit. 7+ Modest bitterness throughout. Average bodied palate is pleasantly carbonated. Pretty decent, enjoyable. The Summit was better suited to my tastes though. On tap at Bellwoods, Toronto

Bottle from brewery. Pours pale amber, slightly hazy. Floral aroma that’s also slightly fruity. Complex taste - fruity, spicy, piny, earthy. Bravo seems to be an interesting hop variety. Quite bitter, but with some good sweetness to balance it out. Good body, but maybe a little thin, with good carbonation. A good IPA. blankboy (7662) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 17, 2012
Draught at the brewpub. Nov. 20. Pours a slightly hazy gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Good lacing. Aroma of fruit and hops along with canned peas and a hint of spice. Flavour of caramel malt, hops, a touch spicy and grassy, and fruit. Medium bodied. Pretty good. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 31, 2012
[4963-20121120] Tap. Really weird buttered needles aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Buttered popcorn and a bitter gentle citrus peel note. Medium body is fairly bitter. Really odd at first but a nice bitter to sip. (7/3/7/3/16) 3.6

This monogamy series always surprises me in that the palate manages to be so full with just the one hops variety. Pours pale and clear. Nice initial head and good lacing. Aroma of light citrus. Taste is pretty much just lighlty bitter with a little sweet malt. Bitterness actually builds and stays with youu for long aftertaste. These hop highlights are nice because I can compare varieties closley. I think Bravo hops are my least favorite of the series so far. Grey Cup tasting tray 2012. Good aroma. Moderate medicinal hop flavour. Still going strong, writing still legible.
