COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single hop series has been a delicious and interesting venture into the world of hops. This particular version was double dry hopped and utilizes a high proportion of El Dorado hop hash in combination with El Dorado hop pellets. Intensely strong aromas of green strawberries, cantaloupe and cedar. Smooth mouthfeel with a sticky, resinous finish.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and limited lacing. Aroma of papaya and citrusy notes with loads of green hops notes with nice floral undertones. Taste is also a hoppy mix of papaya, citrus notes with some grassy notes and floral undertones. Body is full with limited filtration and plenty of hops residue and medium carbonation. Flavorful IPA with limited bitterness. I wish I would have regular access to this beer.

Every beer is cloudy now. Pours an opaque gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus and strawberries (!) which is a first for me. Reasonably creamy mouthfeel, this is a fantastic tasting beer. Unrsurprisingly one dimensional, this beer exists solely to show off the El Dorado hop- and does so fantastically. Another exceptional beer from Bellwoods.

Kind of a floral and citrus aroma. High carbonation with a a flavour that stays at the front of your mouth. Good beer.

Fruity hop smell, beige opaque beer, taste is light and bright, kind of creamy, sorta candy like, bitterness doesn’t come until the end but it is there, a herbal sort of drying aftertaste. Fairly nice carbonation. A bit mineral. Enjoyable, well made.

Draught at the brewpub. Big aroma of pineapple, ripe grapefruit, cantaloupe. Opaque yellow with thin head. Juicy cantaloupe and underripe pineapple flavours. Very resinous finish, something I’m not usually fond of but works very well with this beer.

Thick & hazy with an aroma of mango, orange and green hops. Thick and creamy texture and intensely tropical. Super delicious.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2017 Bottle from brewery. Crazy hazy ultra-orange pour with a slash of bone-white foam as a crown. Deep green hop aroma. Can’t wait to dig into this. And it’s amazing. Great combo of bright unripe melon & sticky tree bark hop resin. A hop head’s dream: a heavy hopped single hop ipa. Beautiful stuff.

(Bottle) cloudy, pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of lemonade, then mango, cedar; intense, dryish but balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

some papaya and a hop that yields a long finish, solid ibu yet very drinkable.at the source.
