COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our single hop series has been a delicious and interesting venture into the world of hops. This particular version was double dry hopped and utilizes a high proportion of Idaho 7 hop hash in combination with Idaho 7 hop pellets. Intensely dank aromas of pineapple and papaya. Resinous, with tropical flavours, floral notes, pine, grapefruit, and black tea, with an herbal finish and moderate bitterness.

[9089-20170316] 500mL bottle. Hoppy orange citrus and pungent green plastic aroma. Murky, yellow orange body with a long-lasting small creamy white head. Bitter orange citrus wood oil flavour. Medium-full body is quite bitter. Good, strange bitter quality. (9/4/8/4/16) 4.1

Super cloudy pretty blonde . Fairly better resinous try, some citrus but mainly quite bitter and maybe herbal with underlying notes of tropical fruit. A hard go on the palate.

Bottle - Cat pee, skunk and wet grass. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Wet grass, weedy, touch the dank and some fruity notes in the finish.

500ml bottle @ Matt’s(thanks Sergiy). Pours a cloudy golden yellow colour with a small white head. Nose is quite dank with hints of herbage. Flavour is very dank, resinous, tongue tingling bitterness. Hmm, not to my liking :(

500ml bottle at Matt’s (thx, Nick M.!). Pours a murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma is dank and earty, with lots of tropical fruits, slightly dirty. Same taste with quite strange herbally hoppy bitterness on the finish. This one is juicy, but too dank, grassy, and bitter in a strange way. Meh.

Cloudy tan. Not much head. The aroma is big papaya, tangerine, with a hint of pineapple. Very big nose. The malts are barely there. But just big dank stuff on the palate. Not all that bitter, really, Clean hop character. I could drink a lot of this.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very dank, with loads of dank, pot-like hops and tropical stone fruits. Flavour is massively dank, with loads of marijuana, stone fruits and more marijuana. Pure pot juice, with a piney dry finish. Very nice, but maybe a bit too overboard on the pot.

Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense.

Bottle from the brewery. Super hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is as dank as the commercial description promises - almost overwhelmingly so - with notes of overripe tropical fruit, pine needles, and tangerine peel. Flavour follows the same path - tropical fruit, pine resin, citrus peel, lingering bitterness - plus a backnote that I wouldn’t describe as "funky" exactly, but a hint of barnyard is definitely present. I appreciate what they were going for, and I do enjoy it to a point, but it’s a bit too aggro to be really great.
