500ml bottle. Golden yellow in colour with a large long lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is of light spice, lemons, wheat, some yeast. The flavour is fruity, floral hops, wheat and yeast, very little in the way of spice. Yeasty mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, creamy, some sweetness. This is excellent. So refreshing and very drinkable. neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 18, 2014
500 mL bottle from the brewery, served in a branded stem glass. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head that fades to a thin cover and leaves a small amount of fine lace. The nose has notes of lemon, Belgian spice, grass, earth and yeast with pale malts and wheat. The flavour is mildly sweet up front, with notes of pale malt, lemon, pear, coriander and grass. It dries out a bit towards the finish, with more wheat and spice coming through. Subtle tart fruit emerges as well. The finish is medium in length, dryish and mildly citric. On the palate it is light in body with a smooth, slightly dry texture and soft carbonation. Overall, a nice light Belgian style wheat ale that would make for a nice patio sipper. Could be more complex, but for what it is, a nice brew. 2014-06-18 Ontbeertaster (2362) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013

Bottle (500 ml). From Sammy, thanks! Hazy pale yellow with a medium white head, good retention and some lacing. Aroma is of Belgian yest, fruity notes, wheat and light spices. Taste is of cereals, wheat, yeast, light fruity notes and coriander. Light body. Aggressive carbonation. Light, drinkable and refreshing, but over-carbonated. Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light coriander and wheat malt is refreshing. Taste is a mix between light coriander with some wheat malt and light cereal notes with a spicy finish. Body is light with aggressive carbonation that is not fitting for the style. Enjoyable though carbonation is too aggressive in my opinion.

bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden pour, with a large white head. Very tart, slightly funky aroma. Malted wheat, and touches of grass, and citrus. The carb is a tad over the top, and make it a little difficult to drink, The finish is laced with a thick amount of malted wheat, with a touch of sharp grassy hops, and some tartness. A nice summer patio beer, but the carb is a little too much at times. DuffMan (10278) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2013
On tap @ BarVolo during Bellwoods tap takeover Sunsplash event. Hazy yellow gold, sweaty/spicy aroma. Light wheaty palate, kiss of lemon, lightly spicy. Nice enough, but some of the other beers’ awesomeness may be eclipsing its finer qualities tonight. thorongil2 (2998) - , Ontario, CANADA - AUG 25, 2013
(tap at Volo during Sunsplash) cloudy yellow colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of sour fruit, refreshing flavour with medium long light sour and bitter finish andyhwcinc (1884) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 9, 2013
Purchased at Bellwoods in Toronto, ON, enjoyed on a deck while grilling with friends in Chicago. Appearance is a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma of coriander, spice, yeast, hay, smell is decent. Taste goes down dry, spice comes through, decent stuff. chris__hartley (443) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2013
it pours translucent hazy hay yellow; the head is off-white and mousse-like. The aroma has notes of: lemon zest, coriander, hay, and yeasty funk. The taste is light sour that finishes medium dry; there are notes of: cracked-wheat, grass, coriander, and citrus-zest. The palate is medium bodied, slick, and has a medium finish. Overall, not bad.
