JorgeLee (2234) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 7, 2012
Cask at GBBF 2012. Very dark black colour with some brown (cola) lurking in the bottom of the glass. A malty aroma and taste, some milk chocolate notes, smooth slightly oily palate, hint of dryness in finish makes it very moreish. Good mild.

foxo82 (927) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2012 Cask at Dog & Gun, Syston. Very dark brown - almost black. Nice sized head. Lacking aroma. Not much taste - mild malts, lightly bitter with a medium/long finish. Not enough happening but a decent session beer.

Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 15, 2011
Cask at GBBF 2010. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and caramel as well as hints of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, dusty dark malt, damp stain - fusty notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100804]

Cask (GBBF2010)
7 Bread and butter pudding aroma, sweet, touch of actual butter in there too.
4 Deep brown, tiny head.
7 Retronasals like the aroma. Rich, slightly treacly taste, with the butter, and not quite as full as the aroma promised.
4 Full bready palate. Finish raisiny and bread pudding. Hops too are a pleasant bonus.
13 Some harshness, but very tasty.

Cask at GBBF 2010, 4th Aug 2010. 3.4%. Deep chestnut colour with a big magnolia head. Dark fruits on nose and tongue. Dry finish (almost a bit too dry for my liking in a mild). Decent weight for such a low ABV.
